Refund policy

  • We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below.

If you have any questions, email us at info@onestylishlady.com. If you receive an item that has any damage, notify us within 2 days of delivery, so that we can address the situation as quickly as possible.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging in which it was received. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted unless ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The hang tag and labels are intact
  • No stains or damages
  • No perfumes or fragrances

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.

Returns must be received within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery and must be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase. 

REFUNDS 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified electronically of the status of your return request.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

  • If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you request an exchange for the same item, please contact us via email at: info@onestylishlady.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges, and customers are responsible for paying for items to be returned.

Customers should always consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high dollar orders.

One Stylish Lady is not responsible for returned or exchanged items that are lost in transit. We will not replace items that don’t make it back to us.

Receipt of returned merchandise cannot be guaranteed.
